Overview // Learn how to create realistic drawings from photos using the fun and easy grid method, making your creation as large or as small as you would like. Or work on your own grid projects with guidance from Lury. Beginners welcome!

Class will include helpful exercises and step-by-step instructions through drawing using objects and photo images. Drawing is the foundation for so many different types of artistic media, from painting to sculpture to craftmaking.

About the Instructor
Lury Norris is a local artist. She has been regularly visually creating and teaching since 2008. She has run workshops and classes teaching people to draw on the Central Coast and in the Bay Area and studied classical realism in the Bay Area for the past 3 years. Details // March 9–11, 2018. 9 AM — 4 PM with breaks. Registration $130 members, $145 general includes all materials. Please register by Friday, March 2, 2018.

In consideration of our instructors, please review our cancelation policy: A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of enrollment. The balance is required 30 days prior to the workshop date to ensure your space, after which there are NO REFUNDS. If a class is cancelled by the Museum of Art, the entire enrollment fee will be refunded.
